Background Sarah
Schultz began her professional career while still in college, by mentoring and advising teens and college students in academics,
careers, relationships, transition management and life balance. Following her graduation from the University of California
at Davis, Sarah spent the next eight years as a corporate litigation paralegal in San Francisco, but found that she
spent most of her time coaching and training recent college graduates who couldn’t decide what they wanted to do with
their lives. After deciding to return to her passion for helping young adults find personal meaning
in a confusing and overwhelming world, Sarah earned her M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology
from the University of San Francisco. Throughout her training, Sarah worked as a therapist in a residential
substance abuse treatment facility in the heart of San Francisco. She continued her education by obtaining her Professional
Coach Certification, and has spent the last four years coaching young adults in identifying their personal values,
developing an authentic identity, and taking action toward creating passion and meaning in their lives. Today Sarah specializes in helping teens and college graduates build lasting relationships, manage
difficult life transitions, and create a healthy life balance. Sarah
is a member of the International Coach Federation, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that its
members follow the highest level of ethical and professional standards. Sarah serves as Co-Chair
of the Public Relations and Events Committee of the ICF. Sarah spent her younger years sailing
along the California coast, and has had the opportunity to visit many amazing countries, including Thailand, England, France,
Greece, Costa Rica and South Korea. Sarah currently resides in Park City, Utah and spends her free time snowboarding, swimming,
getting lost in a good book in the park, and laughing with friends and family. University
